For more than 15 years, Rick Stein at Bannisters has been the go-to spot for seafood lovers on the South Coast, serving up the freshest catches with a side of laid-back luxury. Since opening its doors in 2009, this coastal gem has built a reputation for turning ocean bounty into something truly special.

And now, there’s even more reason to slip away for a long, lazy lunch by the sea. Every Friday until 18 April, diners can indulge in a specially curated fixed menu that celebrates the best of local, sustainable seafood. For just $75 per person, you get to choose from three options across entrée, main, and dessert, because a great meal should always end on a sweet note.

The sample menu (subject to change) includes entrée classics like salt and pepper calamari and intriguing dishes like passionfruit marinated salmon, while the famous Sri Lankan fish curry appears in mains, along with a local snapper from the Ulladulla fleet.

If decisions aren’t your strong suit or you just fancy something different, the full a la carte menu is also available. Either way, expect beautifully plated dishes, a wine list that pairs perfectly, and an ambience that whispers “stay a little longer.”

Whether you’re a seafood devotee or just in need of an excuse for a scenic Friday escape, Rick Stein’s Bannisters has set the table. The only thing left to do? Book a seat and enjoy every delicious moment.
