Food and Wine Festivities

The Big News in JB this weekend is, of course, the South Coast Food & Wine Festival at Moona Moona Creek Reserve this Friday and Saturday, showcasing dozens of the south coast’s finest food and beverage producers.
There’s tastings, demonstrations, entertainment, and loads of deliciousness to take home with you – so don’t forget your shopping basket. Heck, I’m taking a trolley.

Buy tickets.

VOTE! In this historic referendum

Speaking of making it count, you must vote in the referendum this Saturday 14 October. There are dozens of polling places in Jervis Bay, the Shoalhaven and beyond, so if you can’t recall where you last ate a sausage on an election day, or you are outside your usual range, find your nearest booth.

Remember, you need to write the whole word in the box.

Plan ahead…

For aspiring bird fanatics, this walk on Thursday 19 October in Vincentia is free but places are limited so get in quick – oh, and you will need your own pair of binoculars.
