Huskisson Fireworks: Head down to Voyager Park on the foreshore at Huskisson for a 9pm fireworks spectacular, thanks to the Husky Chamber of Commerce. There’s nothing like the sparkle of sky and sea to mark the start of a new year! Free admission for everyone.
Jervis Bay Wild is hosting a sunset and fireworks cruise, $75/$35 leaving from the Fisherman’s Wharf in Huskisson on New Years Eve. Spot dolphins frolicking alongside the boat, then be in a prime position to enjoy the 9pm fireworks.
Jervis Bay Brewing Co will open for last-day festivities from 12pm-9pm on Tuesday 31 December, perfect for a gathering of family and friends before heading back to Voyager Park to see the 9pm fireworks. There is no cover charge, but there will be plenty of celebratory drinks, food from the 5 Little Pigs food truck and from 3pm local fave All the Fuss will be playing live. Pets and kids welcome.
Flamin Galah, the distinctive brew-pub in the Husky industrial zone, will be open from midday till 10pm on New Years Eve, with live music from local favourite, Liam Maihi at 6.30pm and plenty of time to wander back to the main street for the 9pm fireworks if that’s your thing – or stick around for a last beer or cocktail before closing time. Try a new pale ale, Gone Troppo, or a strawberry bubblegum hard soda on tap.
Sushi Martini Club – with one of the best views over the Husky fireworks – is hosting Shiny Disco Ball from 7pm till late, with sushi, beer and wine, cocktails, a DJ and front row seats for the 9pm sky show. For $40, your ticket includes the first hour’s sushi, beer and wine. Limited tickets available.
Club Jervis Bay is offering premium dining for couples on Tuesday 31 December,which includes front-row viewing of the 9pm fireworks in Voyager Park. Diners will enjoy table service for the evening, including dips and mezze plate, seafood platters and selected wines and beers ($300 per couple). The Huskisson Hotel has just released their New Years Eve tickets online ($55 pp) for a fantastic party with an international DJ, great food and drinks, and dancing all night at their waterfront location. Gather your friends for a night to remember, including a great view of the 9pm fireworks.

Berry Fireworks: Enjoy an evening of events – such as dog agility and carnival rides – before a spectacular fireworks display at the Berry Showgrounds, gates open 5pm, kids under 15 free. Bring a picnic rug, choose something from the many food trucks and see the year out thanks to the Berry Rotary Club.
Kangaroo Valley Fireworks: hosted by The Friendly Inn, in the centre of the village, there will be great food, live music and fireworks to help the whole family ring in the new year. Tickets are $20/$13 and kids under 13 get free entry.
The Growers by Ponte: Sharon & Thiago will be celebrating their first New Year’s Eve at The Growers since moving from their waterfront venue in Nowra, and they are planning a sumptuous six-courses for the evening ($70pp) including spicy, sticky and sweet dishes plus a special kids menu ($25) to help the whole family see out the year together.
Cupitt’s Estate: The wonderful crew at this picturesque winery, brewery, restaurant and boutique accommodation in Ulladulla really know how to throw a party. For the last day of 2024, Cupitt’s Estate is celebrating from sunset with a serenade by Jason Norris and his acoustic guitar. Book a table for the Wine Garden or the main dining room.
