Christmas in July is coming to Jervis Bay later this month, and we have details of four special events for you –  choose from a traditional Italian feast, an Aussie pub spread or a festive feast under the stars.

Traditional Italian Christmas Splendour, Sunday 28 July at La Vespa

The carols will be playing and Santa will make a visit while you dine on a delicious set menu lunch or dinner for $50pp (BYO), at La Vespa in the Vincentia shopping village, Burton Street.

Restauranteur Lou Casmiri says they will be turning on a full Christmas experience with decorations, a tree, and great music to set the mood.

The three courses include a choice of three pasta dishes, a chicken scallopini or pork Milanese for main, and a choice of three classic Italian desserts (including tiramisu, of course). Book a table for the whole family.

Festive Feast Under The Stars, Friday 26 July at Albert N Miso

Do you have an “ugly Christmas sweater” lurking in the back of the wardrobe?

Now is your chance to fluff up those woolly jumpers for a special night at Albert n Miso, in the Vincentia shopping village, Burton Street.

There will be a European-inspired menu, toasted marshmallows by the fire, and dessert donuts to warm you from head-to-toe.

Wave a sparkler around while sipping mulled wine and enjoying live music.

Oh, and there will be a prize for the most outrageous Christmas jumper. Don’t be shy.

Make a booking by contacting the team.

Cooee It’s Christmas in St Georges Basin, Saturday 27 July

The Christmas roast is on the menu at the Cooee Hotel in St Georges Basin on Saturday 27 July, thanks to chef John Weissel.

It will be a festive, family friendly afternoon at the Cooee with a tasty 2-course menu for $30pp or three courses for $38, including two classic dessert options – the pav or the sticky date!

Santa will be dropping in for a visit at 6.30pm, and there will be warming drinks and live music too.

The Cooee Hotel is holding a family-friendly Christmas lunch.

Ugly Sweater Party at Jervis Bay Brewing Co, Saturday 27 July from midday

If you need another reason to wear the daggy jumper, here it is! Jervis Bay Brewing Co know how to put on a party, and this one promises to be their usual riot with games, prizes, and tunes to set the Christmas vibes. They say, see you with bells on!

Christmas Cupitt’s-style

The Ulladulla winery is an expert at long-table lunches, and this one with a festive theme promises to be a sumptuous feast of shared plates, including classic honey-glazed ham and a decadent pav.

Gather your group of 10, read the full menu and book now for $75 pp on Saturday 27 July.

Buon Natale

Christmas is in full Italian swing next week at Peter & Eva Italian Restaurant, with carols, an Elf Challenge and a special Baileys hot chocolate, starting Monday 22 July. Don your favourite Christmas attire and get in the spirit, and be on your best behaviours because Santa is giving out lollies to all the good girls and boys. Bookings online are recommended, as this is one of the most popular dining spots along Owen Street Huskisson.
