Weekend Media is the publisher of local guides to the NSW South Coast, including Jervis Bay Weekend.
We aim to entertain and inform you about what’s on – from great restaurants to gigs, from free outdoor activities to special events, from top picnic spots to the best independent shops offering local produce – so that you can make the most of your time off.
Our tagline “Get away with everything” recognises that our leisure time is precious. We at Weekend Media want to help you discover and choose the things you really want to do, whether they be high-octane or totally laid back.
We believe in the power we hold as individuals, to support and sustain local businesses who make it their life’s work to feed us, water us, clothe us, accommodate us and entertain us.
We want to keep you informed of the most pleasurable, most exciting ways to spend your time on the South Coast.
Editorial Inquiries
We want to hear from local businesses, artists and makers, event organisers, venues, tour operators and anyone else offering products and services on the South Coast, so that we can share your exciting stories with our readers. We are an independent magazine and we definitely do not demand payment for editorial. We write about what we determine to be the best of the best that the south coast has to offer.

Weekend Media is looking for talented, local contributors to add their voices to our publications.

There is no “pay for play” in Weekend Media. All our content is produced independently and is based on the merits of the business, products or services that we encounter.
